HILARIOUS! Police Arrest Thief High On Weed Poses For Camera After Stealing People's Properties

Police officers in Lagos were stunned after a thief high on marijuana gave a hilarious pose after he was asked to smile for the camera. The man was arrested while he was vandalizing properties in Lagos.

He was paraded on Wednesday in front of journalists. The tools he used to vandalize the properties were also displayed for newsmen. The police will charge him to court at the conclusion of investigation.
